Please include the file format, browser/device type and what happened. Do not email sensitive files unless you intentionally choose to share them. A description of the problem is usually enough to begin troubleshooting.
File privacy
The supported MetWipe cleaning tool is designed to process selected files locally in your browser. Contact email is separate from that local processing: anything you voluntarily attach to an email is handled by your email provider and the recipient's email service.
